The dinner will be at McClain Cellars. Friends Style. Their tasting room features a 16-foot glass garage door, skylights and a shaded patio, McClain Cellars brings the beauty of Laguna Beach into the tasting room. Along the bar you will find artistic wine bottles with unique paintings on each. Each of the wines has a clever names like, “Summer Breeze,” “Painted Dreams,” “Sacred Love,” and “Faithful Friend” to name a few. The walls have colorful paintings that encourage every guest to stop and gaze. The tasting lounge is in the HIVE at 849 Laguna Canyon Road, Laguna Beach, CA next to Kitchen in the Canyon and the Laguna Beach Beer Company.

Third Course:
2016 Poetic Vine Reserve
Loureiro | Voignier | Arneis | Albarino  | Grenache Blanc | Roussanne | Sauvignon Blanc
A truly fruit forward wine with a touch of honeydew, pears,
vanilla and caramel.  Offers a full mouthfeel with low acidity.

Jammy Eggs: Gonestraw farms perfect cooked eggs, garlic herb marinade, snipped herbs, terrace hill olive oil, Jacobsen salt, cracked pepper.

Forth Course:
2016 Promise Keeper Barbara & Mourvedre:
Discover Gooseberries, Boysenberries and Red Cherries in this delightful and easy to drink reserve blend. You will fall in love with the balance, texture and full mouth finish this wine offers.

Bresaola: Electric City Butcher cured beef, marcona almonds, tart cherry chutney.
