Now that Angelenos are settling into 2017, Vinoteca at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills debuts their new BUCK-A-SHUCK oyster + wine pairing special ($20), encouraging guests to celebrate Wine Wednesdays as part of their New Year’s resolutions.
From Wednesday, January 11-25, Vinoteca invites guests to delight in a half-dozen (Beausolei and/or Kusshi) oysters in addition to a glass of Laura Aschero Vermentino (Liguria, Italy) every Wine Wednesday* for the rest of the month.

Vinoteca is located at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. The espresso bar opens daily starting at 6:30am. Vinoteca Wine Bar opens Monday-Wednesday from 11am-10:30pm; Thursday-Saturday from 11am-11pm; and Sunday from 4pm-10:30pm.
