Star Spangled Brisket, Bacon Tasting
On the Menu: Backyard Boozy Watermelon Limeade; BLT & C summer grilled corn salad; Applewood smoked bacon, butter lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, fresh grilled sweet corn & smoked tomato vinaigrette; Pabst Blue Ribbon braised brisket with smoky Carolina barbeque sauce & cider slaw; and Summer berry slab pie with vanilla bean ice cream.
