The new Sommelier Fireside Chats at EATS Kitchen & Bar at Hotel Irvine, conducted by Chef Jeff Moore and Level 2 Certified Sommelier Andrzej Lewczyk, are a romantic way to celebrate Valentine’s Day or any Saturday date night. While guests savor delicious small bites, Lewczyk describes the wine pairings of the week, shares fun wine facts and chats about how to properly open and store wines and more. And, guests can stop by Hotel Irvine’s Marketplace to purchase their favorite wines to enjoy at home!
