American Culinary Federation Picnic Day- “Build Culinary Bonds”
The ACF has coordinated a day at Laguna Nigel Regional Park, providing the opportunity for people from all corners of the hospitality industry to come together, and bring along the whole family.
From 8-10 a.m., Chef William Yee will have his omelet station available, the early bird gets the omelet! Bringing food is not needed, and the only cost includes a $5 parking fee, and a $5 entrance fee, which will contribute to an ACF scholarship for the southern California region.
There will be fun for everyone, such as volleyball, frisbee football, frisbee golf, biking, skating, along with other organized children games.
