A dinner featuring multiple courses paired with wines based on our chef and sommelier’s travel, dining, and cooking experiences in the south of Spain and Northern Africa. Indian spices have traveled these routes for centuries and we will give you a peek into the aromatic food culture of this region. The Moors took exotic spices into Spain from their region resulting in a cross exchange of flavors and products very evident in Malaga, Granada and the environs Across the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain, the traditional Moroccan kitchen is heavily influenced by spices from India as are the culinary traditions of these countries.

We will begin the seating at 6:30 and reservations are welcome until 5pm on Monday, March 3rd, two days ahead of the dinner on March 5th, 2014. Due to the complexity of the preparation the deadline is recommended in order to provide an exceptional experience to our guests. We start the adventure with a small gift of taste from the chef followed by four courses paired with wines chosen by our in house sommelier.

The dinner is $65 per person with an optional wine pairing for $30. Tax and gratuity are not included.
