The Guest Chef Series proudly hosts four boutique whiskeys for your sampling pleasure. Try neat or in a sample size cocktail, then vote for your favorite whiskey to be featured in the signature cocktail of the illustrious Santa Anita Derby.

It’s the perfect accompaniment to a menu curated by our featured Guest Chef, who will create their signature dishes to be sampled throughout the afternoon, producing a menu exclusive to The Chandelier Room.
