Guests will enjoy a trio of Italian sparkling wines — Brut, Saten, and Rosé — from La Montina, an estate winery located in the Lombardy region of Italy. Located in the wine-producing area of Franiciacorta, La Montina is a family-owned winery, which adheres to the strict rules of Discipline of the Franciacorta Wines Consortium, the most restrictive in the world when it comes to producing wines using the classical method.

The featured Calvisius Tradition Caviar is the world’s first sustainable caviar using only the roe of white sturgeon. It takes a minimum of 12 years for the black pearls to mature, and the result is large-grain eggs with roe that is homogenous and compact. The flavor is light and fruity with a hint of nut with hues, ranging from dark grey to golden amber.
