Spice 101 Cooking Class at ADYA’s
Curious about Indian Spices? During SPICE 101 cooking class, Chef Shachi will give you an introduction to various Indian spices and ingredients, the essentials for making great Indian food at home!
All classes are held on the restaurant’s private Boxcar Patio in Anaheim (unless otherwise noted) and are $35 per guest. Each class is interactive and includes easy-to-follow recipes to take home with you, culinary secrets and, of course, lunch served with choice of wine, beer or chai!
