Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse Kicks Off Spirits Pop-Up Series with Blinking Owl Distillery

Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse has announced their new Spirits Pop-Up Series. Each month, the restaurant and a local distillery will offer exclusive specialty craft cocktails alongside a selection of one-of-a-kind bar bites prepared, by Davio’s executive chef, Istvan Toth to pair perfectly with the evening’s libations. The event kicking off the series will be hosted on Thursday, May 23 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. with Orange County’s first craft distillery, Blinking Owl and special guest and spirits enthusiast, Andrew Aoun.

Featured Cocktails will include

• Vesper: Blinking Owl Gin/ Blinking Owl Vodka/ Lillet Blanc
• Organic Orange Mule (pictured): Blinking Owl OC Orange Vodka/ Fever Tree Ginger Beer/ Lime Juice
• Cucumber Collins: Blinking Owl Aquavit/ Fresh Lemon Juice/ Simple Syrup/ Muddled Cucumber Slices/ Pinch of Salt/ Soda Water
