In celebration of the gorgeous Spring weather, wine aficionados and food lovers alike can rejoice with The Patio on Goldfinch’s wine dinner featuring vibrant and fresh cuisine. The Patio on Goldfinch will be serving a five-course Spring-inspired menu with wines from Salem Wine Company, Piedrasassi & Sandhi. For starters guests are offered a duo of oysters with escabeche, pink peppercorn and pickled ramp. Next guests will enjoy a sous vide duck breast with fruit gastrique, grilled celery root-vanilla bean puree, smoked currants and toasted hazelnuts. The third-course includes lamb tartare with black garlic, green peppercorn yogurt smoked quail egg and spring onion. Lastly, diners can indulge in a marinated hanger steak with king trumpet mushrooms, valdeon, creamed spinach and garlic chip. A hand-selected wine with be paired with each course to compliment and enhance the flavors of the delectable meal.
