Support Autism Research Dinner

Gambero Rosso Magazine, Castelle Winery, Cantine di Mogoro, & Chianina Steakhouse have all partnered to help fund treatment for Autism. Guests are invited to enjoy a prix-fixe menu, along with wine pairings as well as a chance to bid on rare wines provided by Gambero Rosso.  

MENU: 

FIRST: Dungeness Crab – fava bean, avocado, aspargus

SECOND: Black Truffle Risotto – English peas, parmesan mousse

THIRD: Ora King Salmon – barley, Swiss chard, smoked salmon broth

FOURTH: Prime Striploin – Okinawa potato, broccolini, horseradish scented beef jus

FIFTH: S’mores – graham crackle crumble, chocolate, marshmallow
