On December 6th, TAPS presents its annual holiday wine dinner featuring fine wines from Rodney Strong Vineyards, showcasing five varietals paired with TAPS five-course menu. Start with a goat cheese tart, paired with Gentlemen’s Port Sparkling Cocktail. Then, enjoy Beluga caviar lentils and scallops (2007 Estate Zinfandel, Knotty Vines) and Duck au Vin (2009 Symmetry Meritage, Anderson Valley). Next, pistachio crusted venison (2007 Brothers Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon, Anderson Valley) and end with blue brie and fruit (2010 Estate Chardonnay, Chalk Hill).
