With warm ocean breezes and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Executive Chef Brian Sundeen invites guests to join him for cocktails and cuisine prepared in an outdoor kitchen where he and his chefs will engage and interact with guests as they prepare the event’s specialties.
The evening highlights Raya’s Pan-Latin coastal cuisine. Executive Chef Brian Sundeen will present a selection of tapas-style tasting dishes accompanied by wine tastings from 15 boutique wineries from the Baja region of Mexico. Throughout the evening, representatives from each of the wineries will share their stories and experiences and discuss tasting notes for their wine selection.
