Fuego Cuban BrunchThe Cuba brunch entree is a la carte, ordered through the server and includes one selection of Fried Eggs and Beef Stew Hash; Cubano Sandwich; Lubina en Salsa Verde; Lechon Asado; Cuban Arroz con Pollo; Rabo Encendido; Pargo Rojo; or Ropa Vieja

An assortment of delicious Cuban Desserts include mini breakfast pastries, Tres Leches Cake, Arroz con Leche, Coconut Rum Flan with Caramel Sauce, assorted mini cakes, Vanilla Raisin Bread Pudding, Pineapple Empanadas, Coffee Meringue cookies and Agua Frescas.
