Taste of Tuscany Wine Dinner

The “Taste of Tuscany Wine Dinner” is a part of the Marina Kitchen’s monthly Cellar Dinner Series, which features a unique theme for each dinner, an inspired chef-crafted menu, and exquisite sommelier-selected wine or beverage pairings. An intimate experience for only 14 culinary enthusiasts, Marina Kitchen’s walk-in wine cellar features 330 square feet of space and boasts a bottle capacity of 3,084 total wines.

Dare to dive on a culinary journey through Tuscany at Marina Kitchen’s Taste of Tuscany Wine Dinner. Fall in love with classic Italian dishes that partner the simple, fresh ingredients of Italy with perfectly paired wines including a 1998 Padelletti Brunello di Montalcino and a 2006 San Felice Vin Santo del Chianti Classico. This five-course Tuscan taste tour begins with Arancini, Melon, and Speck. Enjoy Albacore Crudo with Tomatoes, EVOO, and Chili, in addition to Chino Farm Roasted Corn Risotto. A Brandt Beef Eye of Ribeye with Squash Blossom and Summer Truffle Sauce will serve as the main course. Save room for a sweet finish with Vanilla Semifreddo, Grilled Peach and Amaretto Crumble.
