An intimate experience for only 14 culinary enthusiasts, Marina Kitchen’s walk-in wine cellar features 330 square feet of space and boasts a bottle capacity of 3,084 total wines.

Fall in love with classic Italian dishes that partner the simple, fresh ingredients of Italy with perfectly paired wines including a 1998 Padelletti Brunello di Montalcino and a 2006 San Felice Vin Santo del Chianti Classico. This five-course Tuscan taste tour begins with Arancini, Melon, and Speck. Enjoy Albacore Crudo with Tomatoes, EVOO, and Chili, in addition to Chino Farm Roasted Corn Risotto. A Brandt Beef Eye of Ribeye with Squash Blossom and Summer Truffle Sauce will serve as the main course. Save room for a sweet finish with Vanilla Semifreddo, Grilled Peach and Amaretto Crumble.
