Bartending by All Time Great Anaheim Ducks Teemu Selanne and Guy Hebert

Former Ducks teammates Teemu Selanne and Guy Hebert will bartend at a special Ducks Watch & Dinner Party at Selanne Steak Tavern on Wednesday, May 27, to cheer on the Anaheim Ducks as they battle the Chicago Blackhawks.

Live coverage of series’ game six will be shown in the restaurant’s Wine Room, outside on the Veranda and on the four flat screens in the Tavern starting at 5 p.m. Dinner reservations are required for all sections of the restaurant, and guests will have their table for the entire night. Aufeis, Selanne’s clothing line, will provide a limited number of signed shirts, hats and pucks to dinner guests.

Guests can imbibe on classic or signature cocktails such as the Selanne Moscow Mule and feast on Chef Joshua Severson’s customary menu of seafood, steaks and chops. Signature dishes include Beet ‘Ravioli’with artisanal goat cheese and hazelnut, Wagyu Beef Tartare with chips, Pacific Diver Scallops, Skuna Bay Salmon and all styles of beef – all served with Severson’s seasonal marrow butter, as well as a variety of sauces on the side. A selection of tempting greens and sides like Selanne’s Mac and Cheese – a five-cheese fondue with a brioche crumb topping – is also available.
