Tequila never tasted so good, and the team at Fuego and 1921 Tequila will be presenting complimentary 20-minute educational seminars and tastings of four tequila brands from 6-9:45 p.m. on Friday, September 12 in the Tequila Tasting Room in Fuego at Hotel Maya.

Guests can also enjoy dinner before or after the tequila tastings in Fuego with a special four-course prix-fixe dinner with tequila pairings for $55. Fuego will also be offering a variety of 1921 Tequila signature drink specials.

“Fuego already presents one of the largest tequila selections in Southern California. By partnering with 1921 Tequila we are able to showcase some of the premier tequilas that are available everyday in Fuego,” said Jeff Gillis, Director of Restaurant Operations at Hotel Maya a Doubletree by Hilton. “The tequila tastings also provide the opportunity to leverage the talents of Fuego Executive Chef Victor Juarez and his unique Latin American culinary skills with 1921 Tequilas for a delicious four-course dinner.”
