Shade Hotels Offering guests Enticing Three-Course Thanksgiving Menu:
The menu will feature a decadent twist on traditional holiday favorites and consist of three sumptuous courses: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Crispy Duck Carnitas, Compressed Asian Pear with Salt Roasted Pepitas; followed by Spice-Roasted Turkey Breast, Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Gratin, Orange-Infused Cranberry Sauce, Black Truffle Turkey Gravy and Haricots Verts with Preserved Lemon, Toasted Almonds and Crispy Onions. Rounding out the meal is an indulgent Sticky Toffee Cake with Miso Butterscotch, Caramelized Granny Smith Apples, Puffed Crispy Rice and Vanilla Ice Cream.
