  • Assortment of breakfast pastries and a selection of ripe, seasonal, sliced fruits

OMELET STATION

  • Natural ham and uncured natural bacon, aged cheddar cheese, monterey jack cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, bell peppers, onions, scallions
  • Traditional cage free egg benedict
  • Breakfast potatoes with bell peppers and fine herbs, smoked bacon, and chicken apple sausage

FRENCH TOAST STATION

  • Whipped cream, chocolate shaving, berries, blueberry compote, pure maple syrup
  • Cured meats and California handcraft salumi, cornichon, assorted mustards
