Executive Chef Bruno Massuger will prepare field greens with apples and dried cherries in a walnut vinaigrette; asparagus salad; beets with goat cheese; caprese salad; roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic dressing; walnut stuffing, rice pilaf, mac ‘n cheese, shallot mashed potatoes, candied yams, sweet peas, green beans, creamed spinach, roasted corn, cranberry relish; corn bread and assorted rolls.
Topping off the meal are traditional pumpkin, caramelized apple and pecan pies.
