The Unfiltered Collection (Formally The JH Collection)

The Unfiltered Collection (formerly known as the JH Collection) is a portfolio of wines hand-crafted by the world-renowned Consulting Winemaker, Jean Hoefliger. Raised in Switzerland, trained in Bordeaux and Napa Valley, Jean brings a unique style to his wines, characterized by long, natural, open-top barrel fermentation. His portfolio represents high-quality, small production wineries from around the world that provide exceptional value. Each wine has a different expression of a terroir which portrays its raw sense of time and place. The goal of The Unfiltered Collection is to maximize the potential of each client and help position their brand for success in the marketplace. At this tasting we will feature his wines from the Napa Valley region.
