A special à la carte holiday menu created by new Executive Chef George Neyra will be served Christmas Eve at The Ritz Prime Seafood located along Newport Beach’s scenic Mariner’s Mile. Appetizers include Shrimp and Polenta with Hawaiian blue prawns and black truffle emulsion; Crisp Pork Belly with caramelized apple, date puree and black cardamom jus; Marinated Heirloom Baby Beets with goat cheese mousse and honey vinaigrette; and more. Entrées such as Filet Mignon with black truffle potato puree and creamed spinach; Rack of Colorado Lamb with porcini mushrooms, baby carrots and rosemary jus; and Wild Salmon with quince puree, pomegranate and Brussels sprouts will be offered and to top off the evening a choice of Fig and Financier with crème fraiche ice cream, Chocolate Molten Cake or Spiced Eggnog Crème Brûlée.
