Join Michael’s on Naples for an evening full of flavorful flare:
Savor Executive Chef Eric Samaniego’s unique creations, which will be artfully presented to complement featured handcrafted wines from Torre a Oriente. Giorgio Gentilcore will be the special guest of the night, giving you an inside look at the underlying philosophies of how the wines you’ll be tasting are made, from grapes to bottles.
The featured wines include:
Falanghina “Biancuzita” 2014 Torre a Oriente: Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri Award Winner. Very complex with light notes of vanilla, licorice, and coffee.
Aglianico “Janico” 2011 Torre a Oriente: Soft, warm, and spicy with incredible notes of red fruits.
The meal will include:
- Stuzzichino: ricotta stuffed squash blossom
- Course Two: Frito Miso (mixed fried seafood)
- Course Three: Il Ragu della Domenica
- Dessert: Baba au rhum
