we would like to invite you to come for a dinner at Pescadou Bistro, on Thursday, March 12th 2015, featuring the region of Languedoc-Roussillon in the South of France.
– Aperitif reception at 6.30 pm
– Dinner at 7 pm
At the end of the dinner, there will be a short presentation on the trip, itinerary and prices.
I will take a group of 15 people with me to Languedoc-Roussillon on October 16th 2015 for 10 days. After the presentation and Q and A, we’ll start taking reservations for the trip.

Amuse bouche: Croquette de Brandade, salt cod and potato, aioli.
Confit de canard crostini, duck, tapenade olive-champignon, baby lettuce salad.
Boullinada de Beaudroie et moules, monkfish and mussels stew, potatoes, garlic, “Espelette” pepper, saffron and olive oil.
Civet de Chevreuil a l’armagnac, marinated Venison in red wine and Armagnac brandy, aromatic vegetables and fresh pasta
