Sage restaurant will host a winemaker’;s dinner with Trinitas Wines and winemaker Kevin Mills. We will pour a selection of five wines from Napa, Mendocino and Carneros, each paired with a special course designed by the Sage culinary team. It should be an evening of culinary synergy. The first four Trinitas wines – ranging from bright and fresh to lush, rich and distinctively New World – are perfect compliments to our distinctive American cuisine. The evening will be topped off with a glass of the stunning Trinitas Meritage paired with another delectable Sage creation.
