Your sweetest dreams are finally coming true during the San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival. Make your own chocolate and eat it, too, in Chuao Chocolatiers hands-on, chocolate truffle rolling experience with Chef Michael Antonorsi.

All attendees MUST wear flat, closed-shoes in order to be admitted to the factory. Those not wearing proper footwear will not be able to fully participate.

Due to health regulations and safety restrictions, chocoholics under the age of 10 are not permitted in the production and warehouse areas for tours and truffle rolling.
