Valentine’s Day at The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar! (Rancho Santa Margarita)

For one day only, the New American kitchen and speakeasy bar will be offering a 5 course Valentine’s Day menu at the Yorba Linda and Rancho Santa Margarita locations! The specials will include never-before-seen dishes like Hiramasa Diablo with jicama and avocado, Hanger Steak Au Poivre topped with crispy shallots, and Cast Iron Pear Cobbler.
