The four-course prix fixe dinner starts with a Shared First Course of Duo Crudo: Hamachi and Ahi.
Second Course choices are Valentine’s Salad with strawberries and champagne vinaigrette or Creamy Potato Soup, and the Third Course offers 12-ounce Bone-In Filet with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and sauce bordelaise, Seafood Pasta with shrimp and scallops and a white wine butter sauce or Loup de Mer accompanied by couscous, spinach and chimichurri.
Shared Dessert is I LAVA YOU – molten cake, Grand Marnier-glazed raspberries and vanilla bean ice cream.
