Founded in 1987, Zov’s Bistro and Bakery has become one of the most recognized restaurants in Orange County and serves some of Southern California’s finest Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. The Bistro just completed a $750,000 remodel with upgrades including a massive wood bar, news furnishings and lighting system. In addition, she also owns two Zov’s Neighborhood Cafes & Bars in Newport Beach and Irvine, two concepts at John Wayne Airport and a new location that opened in the fall, Zov’s Anaheim.
