Spend Valentine’s Day with Rancho Valencia as they celebrate with their special Yours & Mine Valentine’s Day Dinner. Guests can enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner for two in the resort’s stunning restaurant, Veladora, as Executive Chef Jarrod Moiles crafted a four-course dinner, designed to be shared and enjoyed by two. And for a most special experience, Sommelier Mitch Price has selected the perfect pairings for each and every dish. Standout menu items including Cauliflower Panna Cotta made with lobster, cauliflower cous cous and caviar paired with a 2012 Chappellet Chardonnay, Parsnip and Black Truffle Ravioli made with brussel sprout and mushroom ragout and roasted onion bouillon paired with a 2010 Domaine Delubac “Les Bruneau”, and to top it off, a Chocolate Decadence with raspberry paired with a 2001 Smith Woodhouse Late Bottled Vintage Port. To complete the experience, the sultry live jazz trio, the Steph Johnson Group, will be playing from 7-10 p.m. in addition to other sweet surprises throughout the evening.
