The exclusive five-course dinner starts with an appetizer choice of Ossetra Caviar with Pan-Seared Day Boat Scallop or Filet Mignon Potstickers with Foie Gras. Next, enjoy Endive and Five-Spiced Walnut Salad or Hamachi Sashimi, followed by Misoyaki Butterfish or An’s Famous Garlic Noodles with Colossal Tiger Prawns. The final savory course is a choice of Herb Roasted Filet Mignon or A-5 Wagyu Steak.
