Following the success of last year’s event, the Vegas Food Expo (VFX) is returning from April 15th – 16th for it’s 2018 run! April 15th is accessible only to credentialed industry buyers (e.g. chefs, restaurateurs, hotel purchasing agents, distributors, retailers and grocers), but on the 16th, the event is open to everyone. Come see the Google Food Trends team present seminars on the industry, a Back House Brawl cooking competition, & an appearance by Chip Health.
