A certified sommelier, Tracy will be going live to host a virtual class and guide you at home through three Duckhorn wine bottles and a three-course dinner courtesy of Executive Chef Alejandra Padilla!
Their three-course dinner for two is $150 and includes:
First Course:
Melon and Crab made with mixed melons, lump crab salad, avocado, Mitsuba, Paired with a bottle of Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course:
Pork Steaks served with roasted plums, charred cabbage, miso yam puree, Paired with a bottle of Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon
Third Course:
Sticky Chocolate Toffee Cake made with merlot caramel, cocoa nibs, Whipped Crème Fraîche, Paired with a bottle of Duckhorn Merlot
CURBSIDE PICKUP:
Meals will be available for curbside pick on Thursday, August 27, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
