Come and join in on the culinary festivities hosted by Golden Truffle Restaurant in Costa Mesa. On Wednesday nights, Chef Alan Greeley creates authentic, international cuisines that spark the imagination while preserving that warm feeling of home-style cooking. Each week is designated with a specific theme–this Wednesday Night is “Soul Food” Colombian style.

Here are a few rules:

Strictly authentic & no substitutions like, “easy on the salt”, “no oil”, “light dressing” – you get the picture.
