Whiskey Tasting Wednesday at St. Regis Monarch Beach

Once Valentine’s Day festivities wind down, locals and guests of the St. Regis Monarch Beach are invited to join a master mixology lesson featuring Knob Creek bourbon whiskey at The St. Regis Lobby Lounge on Wednesday, February 26th, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Guests will get to mix and mingle with master mixologists as they demonstrate cutting edge handcrafted cocktails made from the award-winning small batch bourbon. Our experts will teach you how to create a perfectly balanced cocktail while you enjoy live music, delicious drinks, and light bites prepared by Executive Chef Raj Dixit from Michael Mina’s Stonehill Tavern.
