Chef Louise’s Catering will have Wes Hagen from J. Wilkes Winery hosting this interactive event. Here is your chance to see and participate in a short presentation on how pro winemakers blend, and how blends impact wine and food matching.
Diners custom blend four wines for a four course dinner. Each table has a captain and comes up with one blend for each course, then the tables can share their wine and note their favorites with discussion. Winners get a prize!
