WHAT:
OnThursday, October 9, the Tam O’Shanter, a member of the Lawry’s family of restaurants and one of Los Angeles’ oldest eating establishments, will host a highly anticipated JUSTIN Winery Pairing Dinner. The evening’s lineup will feature four of its award-winning wines (2013 Justin Chardonnay, 2012 Justin Cabernet Sauvignon, 2011 Justin Isosceles, 2012 Justification, all of which will be paired with four mouth-watering courses prepared by the Tam’s Executive Chef, Mark Kalenderian.
JUSTIN Winery is a family owned and operated winery making making world-class blends and single varietal wines for over 30 years in Paso Robles, CA. Jim Gerakaris, sommelier at Justin Vineyards, will be on hand to answer questions and talk about the featured wines.
