This month, we’ll explore the great world of California Zinfandels. From the peppery characteristics of Dry Creek Valley, to the earthy terrain of Lodi, and to the ripe and lush profiles of Paso Robles, we’ll learn about the history and the pinnacle producers of such an amazing grape.
