WINE WEDNESDAY | SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE COLLABORATION: AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, SOUTH AFRICA, ARGENTINA AND CHILE
Held once a month, each wine class is led by Sommelier Augustus Miller and features five wines highlighting a particular region or theme. This interactive learning experience will showcase regional characteristics, flavor profiles and fun facts. This month, we join Miller on a trip to the Southern Hemisphere to taste a variety of wines from the famous winemaking countries of Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Argentina, and Chile.
