Charlie Palmer at Bloomingdale’s is delighted to host a Winemaker Dinner with renowned winery, Williams Selyem. We invite you not to miss this exclusive and rare opportunity to dine on a six course meal created by Executive Chef Seakyeong Kim with paired wine carefully chosen by Williams Selyem representatives. Winemaker, Bob Cabral will make a guest appearance and share his knowledge of grapes and wine. Williams Selyem Winery has built their success by buying the best grapes from the best growers in the Russian River Valley, Sonoma county and Mendocino county. They are also known for setting a new standard for Pinot Noir winemaking in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley. Join us as we present award-winning wines alongside a perfectly paired menu.
