Guests are invited to an exclusive evening of celebration at Studio Restaurant at Montage Laguna Beach:
Winemakers such as Aperture, Arista and Limerick Lane Wines will be included in the event. The evening begins with a cocktail reception, where they will meet the winemakers, followed by an expertly paired, gourmet four-course dinner by Studio Executive Chef Craig Strong.
The menu includes dishes such as Smoked Squab with maitake mushrooms and sugar snap peas and Grilled Côte De Boeuf accompanied by Swiss chard ragout, crispy potato, mousseline with bordelaise sauce.
