Welcoming all women in the F&B and Hospitality industry to come and share in the conversation and benefit other women at our monthly give-back happy hour. Featured Dame is Marguarite Clark, a seasoned public relations veteran with 20+ years of PR and marketing experience in hospitality, culinary and specialty services. Marguarite – who is also a certified sommelier – opened Montage Laguna Beach in 2003, has launched many restaurants, including Orange County’s newest hot spot, Ocean at Main, and has worked with Irvine Company for over a dozen years, assisting with its various resort properties – including our host venue, Fashion Island Hotel. Marguarite will introduce Brittany Valles, new executive chef for Oak Grill and Aqua Lounge, who will share with us her delicious bites.
