World Sake Day
Innovative Dining Group (IDG), a restaurant group celebrating its landmark 20th anniversary this year and known for reimagining concepts including the steakhouse, sushi bar, and robatayaki restaurant’s, will celebrate World Sake Day on October 1 at its restaurants ROKU (West Hollywood), Sushi Roku (Santa Monica, Pasadena, Las Vegas and Newport Beach locations) and Katana (West Hollywood).
In addition to ½ off Sake Bottles at all the Japanese concepts, ROKU will provide ½ off Sake Flights, which is an opportunity for diners to sample premium sake. Katana will also have a special gong hit every other hour (6 p.m., 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.) where complimentary sake samples will be passed out to all guests.
