At Aqua Lounge, the eclectic, rotating program of DJs and an interactive mixology program bring a fun, flirty, and lively ambiance to the area's only ultra-lounge, offering a wide range of indoor seating options, along with an intimate outdoor patio and fire pit area that serves guests at both the lounge and restaurant. A masterfully crafted classic cocktail program showcases fresh, locally sourced fruits and herbs, such as the TAG's Sunset Punch with Gay Eclipse Rum, Zacapa Rum, Marie Brizard Orange Curacao, fresh squeezed lime and orange juice, Falernum syrup, Angostura Bitters, and fresh grated nutmeg. Additionally, Aqua Lounge offers a list of 50 seasonal California wines by the class and an extensive selection of craft beer on tap. Johnson designed a more casual menu for Aqua Lounge, featuring shareable small bites and a late-night menu offered Thursday through Saturday from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m., satisfying after-hours cravings with street food-inspired items such as street tacos, poutine, short rib beignets, burgers, gourmet hot dogs, and his signature breakfast burritos.

In Aqua Lounge $5 Japanese Whiskey Flights, including a rotation of Nikka, Hibiki, Suntory, Kaiyo, Kikori and other Japanese whiskeys, are offered every Wednesday accompanied by a rotating weekly list of $5 Yakitori selections, two meats and one vegetable, such as chicken, steak, meatballs, shrimp, vegetables and other choices.
