Established in 2012, HopScotch is the neighborhood restaurant and bar of today; a vibrant destination for friends, family and acquaintances to linger over lively conversation, playful plates and thoughtful drinks.
With a menu full of spirited interpretations on New American classics from chef Cody Storts and an inspired selection of craft beer, whiskey, wine, and seasonal crafted cocktails, guests feel at home in HopScotch's unique and comforting surrounds. In total, HopScotch offers a rotating list of 75 draught and bottled craft beer and over 125 types of brown spirits, making it the widest array of whiskey in the county.
Housed within Fullerton's original Pacific Electric Railway Station (a registered California landmark) in the heart of the city's historic downtown, HopScotch features all of the warmth and charm of a rustic lodge with exposed wood trusses, original wood form cement walls and a bar made from reclaimed whiskey barrel staves. Guests may choose to take up residence at the bar, dine at one of two split level dining areas or enjoy the great outdoors at our main patio or the intimate setting of a private cigar patio.
