Brunos Italian Kitchen is Celebrating Negroni Week to Help Fundraise for No Kid Hungry!
Brunos Italian Kitchen, the popular Italian restaurant located in Brea Downtown, is celebrating Negroni Week 2018 with a special cocktail to fundraise for No Kid Hungry, a national campaign run by Share Our Strength, in an effort to help solve problems of hunger and poverty. Guests can participate by ordering The Negroni Cocktail made with Tanqueray, Carpano Antica, Campari, Pimm’s, cucumber, lemon, and ginger. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it? Try pairing it with one of the new spring dishes like the Spaghettini alla Checca made with roasted heirloom tomato, garlic, basil, and fresh mozzarella; and the Salmon made with roasted broccolini, spring onion, cauliflower puree, sundried tomato olive oil and is seared with black pepper & fennel.
