Pasadena’s dining scene continues to uplift foodies with the newest addition of Granville, to open Tuesday April 9 at 270 S. Lake Avenue at Del Mar Boulevard.
“When we first started Granville, we had clear intentions: we wanted to create a dining experience based around friendly people, warm surroundings, and good music while offering high-quality, wholesome, gourmet food that is both approachable and affordable,” said Founder and CEO Jonathan Weiss.
The highly-anticipated modern but, casual restaurant will offer a focused-area for those who are going for a weekday lunch with time-pressed co-workers, a beautiful rooftop bar complete with a fireplace, lounge seating, and views of the San Gabriel mountains, also a mezzanine perfect for private events or parties.
Granville Pasadena’s menu is from Executive Chef Glenda Galvan-Garcia who will focus on wholesome and hand-crafted recipes using fresh, high-quality ingredients, with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. You can expect classics that are boldy-flavored like: Uptown Mac & Cheese and Sweet Potato Fries, and gourmet burgers such as the Bacon & Blue. Guest can also expect sandwiches, salads, soups, and more! The menu will feature big protein entrees including pan-seared Branzino and Farro & Mushroom Risotto.

The Pasadena opening will be the fifth location for the expansion of Granville restaurants, with current locations in Glendale, Burbank, Studio City, and West Hollywood.
