We are beyond excited to finally announce the opening of The Hall, Global Eatery. The Hall is located inside South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, Ca. Chef Amar Santana and Ahmed Labbate bring you cuisine inspired from around the globe with three concepts under one roof:
- Mediterranean concept with babaganoush, shawarma and hummus
- Patisserie concept with baked goods, sandwiches, salads, coffee, and fresh juices
- Crudo and charcuterie bar offering craft cocktails and full-service dining experience with seating indoors or outside on the olive tree-lined patio
- retail section with packaged delicacies
The Hall is sure to have something for everyone, whether it be familiar flavors or a new taste experience!
BAR
Beverage Director Michael Rooney has placed a focus on non-North American spirits, in line with the global theme.
The 21-seat bar features eight signature cocktails such as the Ori-Sun, a Japanese whiskey flavored with iris root syrup, smoke and salt bitters. Wines highlight lesser-known Mediterranean varietals from Portugal, Greece, and Morocco. Local craft and international beers available.
MEDITERRANEAN
FAST CASUAL COUNTER, OPEN DAILY 10:30am – 9pm
THE MEDITERRANEAN counter offers choices of hand-carved chicken, beef and lamb shawarmas; savory kebobs, build your own platters and wraps with sides such as hummus, baba ghanoush, and tabbouleh, garnished with house-made sauces and condiments. 
PATISSERIE
FAST CASUAL COUNTER, OPEN DAILY 10:30am – 9pm
THE PATISSERIE counter offers house-made pastries and cookies, grilled paninis and sandwiches, generous salads, gourmet coffee, and freshly-squeezed juices.
CRUDO
FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT & BAR, OPEN DAILY 11am – 11pm
THE CRUDO section offers a full-service restaurant and bar highlighting Chef Amar Santana’s take on creative Crudo plates, plus an array of oysters, uni, caviar, king crab, and spiny lobster, as well as the Chef’s house-made charcuterie and cheeses from the Mediterranean and local farms. Complementing the fresh catch are hot dishes such as oven-roasted fish chermoula and braised lamb shanks. Enjoy creative cocktails at the bar and dine on the olive tree-shaded patio or indoors. Reservations highly recommended.
