Rasmussen will open a third location of The Lost Bean, a local gem serving organic coffee, tea, and hand-pressed juices. The Lost Bean is committed to a sustainable model of consumption and donates 30 percent of the company’s profits to non-political charity foundations that support the company’s mission to promote education, health, and the environment.
Mess Hall Market will feature a couple of other to-be-named food and dessert concepts that will be announced in the coming weeks.
